With over 35 years of experience in the food industry, he has cooked, managed, and launched restaurants nationwide. In 2012, Anthony returned to the Mohawk Valley, eager to share his culinary expertise and dedication to exceptional customer service with the local community.
With more than two decades in the food service and hospitality industry, Tammy McIntyre is a seasoned professional in event management. She expertly oversees the front of the house and works closely with every client to ensure that each event, from intimate baby showers and bridal celebrations to large-scale weddings and graduation parties, is flawlessly executed down to the last detail.
Anthony and Tammy’s collaboration has led to ownership and management of several prominent businesses in the region, including Anthony Amodio Catering, T&T Catering, Philomena’s Salumeria, and food service operations at the Utica Curling Club and The Lake Delta Yacht Club. Now, with the launch of The Monarch by Anthony Amodio, they continue to build on their reputation as trusted names in the Mohawk Valley’s culinary scene.
